Founder and Director
Sue has 20+ years’ leadership and consulting experience in corporate and medium-sized businesses in SA and the US. Her background and strategic ability enables a strong focus on outcomes linked to organisational effectiveness.
Sue facilitates workshops and coaches executives on competencies including personal mastery, emotional intelligence, leading high-performance teams, creating an environment for innovation and Agile transformation.
Sue has a degree in Economics and Industrial Psychology from WITS and a Postgrad in Management from the Business School. She has studied Ontological Coaching, is certified in the Enneagram (for individuals and teams) and has and Integral Coaching Accreditation from the UCT Graduate School of Business.
Gail is the Agile Accelerator who is passionate about creating workplaces where people and business grow and thrive together. She developed the CORE Agile People Framework to help organisations chart their Agile journey to a flexible, yet sustainable future. She believes that Agile is an attitude, a culture, a talent and a business model.
Gail’s ability to facilitate Agile transformations stems from a unique combination of work experiences. Her career started as a developer in the IT industry, she progressed into being a Business Analyst specialising in financial and BI applications, and after completing her MBA, transitioned into Sales and Marketing. She has been on the Human Capital side of business for the past 15 years, working on strategy, capability planning, organisation design, career and competency management, and workforce analytics.
William is on a mission to to help business owners, CEO's and individuals alike to innovate and succeed in their goals and ambitions.
He has 30 years experience of innovation in business and is a specialist in Output Driven Action Dialogue Coaching. This delivers greater self-awareness; an ability to have higher impact in leading change; velocity towards goal accomplishment
and leaves you with a tool set to maintain and continuously measure growth.
William has a Master of Arts in Leading Innovation and Change from the University of York St John, has completed the Leadership Development Programme at the Gordon Institute of Business Science and has a Political Science degree from the University of Pretoria.
Janet du Preez
Janet is a versatile leadership and organizational development strategist and coach, a crafter of extremely effective, innovative and engaging people processes and a masterful facilitator.
Exploring, discovering and learning with other leaders is a passion for Janet, who is currently completing an MSc in the Management of Innovation and Technology.
A pioneering spirit, voracious appetite for knowledge and extensive development skills and toolkit enable her to serve organisations with thought leadership, practical consulting support and highly engaging people processes.
